Terms of Service Agreement

1. Services

GeorgiaHoster.com offers website design and hosting services to its Customers. The specific details of the services provided will be outlined in the service agreement between GeorgiaHoster.com and the Customer.

2. Limitation of Liability

GeorgiaHoster.com will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information to GeorgiaHoster.com. The Customer is also responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of login credentials and ensuring that their use of the services complies with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Service Interruptions

While GeorgiaHoster.com strives to provide continuous and reliable services, there may be instances where services are interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. GeorgiaHoster.com will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and provide notice to the Customer when possible.

5. Termination of Services

GeorgiaHoster.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to the Customer at its discretion, with or without cause. The Customer may also terminate services with GeorgiaHoster.com according to the terms specified in the service agreement.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be mediated in Georgia before pursuing any legal action.

7. Changes to Terms

GeorgiaHoster.com reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between GeorgiaHoster.com and the Customer and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

9. Third-Party Services

GeorgiaHoster.com will not be responsible for any damages or issues arising from the use of third-party services or integrations on the Customer's website hosted by GeorgiaHoster.com.
